At Tavos, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Eligibility

  • To qualify, your item must be:
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn, unused, with tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Go to your account or our Refunds page.
  2. Log in using your email address.
  3. Open the email from Tavos and copy the six-digit verification code.
  4. Enter the code on the store page and click Request Return.
  5. Select the items you want to return, choose a return reason, and add a note if needed.
  6. Click Request Return.
  7. If approved and shipping is required, you will receive return instructions by email.
  8. Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at help@tavosstore.com.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and resolve the issue.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and then place a new order for the replacement item.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us will make you ineligible for a refund under our policy. Please reach out to us first — we’re here to help resolve any issues fairly.
